Björk’s ambitious Biophilia project has been ongoing since 2011, when the compositions were first released as a series of apps. That was followed up with a two-year-long worldwide tour, which has now been turned into a concert documentary. Björk: Biophilia Live was directed by Nick Fenton and Peter Strickland and is being touted as an audiovisual experience, combining concert footage from a 2013 performance at London’s Alexandria Palace with animation sequences and nature shots. The film will be shown across the world in movie theaters, museums, and libraries and you can see all of the dates it will be screened here.
