Much of Adolescent’s initial thought process in production owes to a love of late 90s trip-hop & hip-hop, in particular Portishead’s seminal record Dummy. However it was Parish’s travelled adolescence, coupled with a photographic obsession that inspires the true essence of these carefully sculpted, ethereal & often euphoric masterpieces.
